Apply For Roof Repair Assistance
Need Help Repairing Your Roof?
At JWCRI, our mission is to make critical roof repairs accessible for low-income families in need. To ensure our support reaches those who need it most, we’ve established the following eligibility guidelines for our Roofing Assistance Program:
Who Can Apply?
You may qualify for assistance if you meet the following criteria:
Low-to-Moderate Income Household
You must meet income guidelines based on your area’s median income. Priority is given to households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Homeowner Occupant
You must own and live in the home that needs repair. Unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance for rental properties or vacation homes.
Roof in Critical Condition
Your roof must show signs of serious damage, leaks, or deterioration that could affect the safety or livability of your home. Photo evidence or an inspection may be required.
No Recent Approved Assistance
Households that have received roofing assistance from JWCRI within the last 5 years are not eligible at this time to ensure we can serve as many families as possible. If this is the case, we may be able to help you in other ways – contact us via email.
Application Participation
Applicants must complete the full application process and provide any required documentation such as income verification and proof of homeownership.
